1a. 5 or more years of experience to be considered for a software engineer role
or
1b. 10 or more years of experience, 5 of which should be in the managerial position directly supervising at least 5 engineers
2. demonstrated strong technical skills complemented with analytical abilities and problem solving skills
3. Process oriented, independent, self starter, go-getter, should be able to come to speed without much guidance
4. Must be able to handle multiple assignments with rapidly changing deadlines
5. A Bachelor's degree or higher in related area of expertise
